William Moores has been associated with OUR DOGS for nearly forty years and  first started to take photos for the leading canine weekly in the early 1970s. He was Editor for 18 years and is now a Consultant Editor to OUR DOGS.

His interest in photography has spanned many of these years culminating in him regularly representing OUR DOGS at special events, here and overseas, both in an editorial and photographic capacity.

A published author - Dogs: a guide to pedigree breeds was produced in 1994 along with the famous canine and feline photographer Paddy Cutts - he also has contributed regularly to the Crufts Souvenir and Show Guide providing thought provoking articles, photographs and reportage.

He has combined spending years of looking at photos with an editor¹s eye with an ability to construct that unique photograph and capture the moment often seen only by a news photographer.
